Terms & Conditions of Hire

Total payment for services will be determined at time of hire. Payment for services will be made in full at least one-month prior to event. A deposit of half the amount of total balance is due on date of hire. There is no guarantee of booking until a deposit is made for hire. There will be no refund on deposits for cancellation of service and no refund on full balance if cancellation is made within one month of event. Exceptions will be at the discretion of wojohowitz dj co. Charges include setup and takedown. Wojohowitz dj co. will arrive at minimum 1 hour prior to event.

Customers understand and accept that words and content of all music played will be at the discretion of wojohowitz dj co. No exceptions will be made.
